Rose Bay Residence

Rose Bay Residence is a full-scope renovation of an existing, tired home, undertaken in close collaboration with the architectural team. Our aim was to transform the residence into a breathtaking family home that exudes a sense of luxury, refinement, and timeless elegance.

Set across three levels, the design responds thoughtfully to its exceptional location, framing Sydney’s iconic harbour views and drawing strong inspiration from the surrounding landscape. The natural beauty of the setting informed both the architectural language and interior design approach, shaping a home that feels grounded, sophisticated, and deeply connected to its context.

Through careful spatial planning, material selection, and detailing, the project reimagines the residence as a cohesive and elevated living environment. Each level was designed to balance functionality with a refined aesthetic, creating seamless transitions between spaces while enhancing light, outlook, and flow throughout the home.
