Promenade Penthouse is the transformation of a former commercial office space into a sophisticated penthouse residence within an iconic beachfront building in Cronulla, enjoying uninterrupted 180-degree ocean views over Cronulla Beach.

The design embraces a calm, contemporary coastal aesthetic, balancing sculptural forms with natural materials and a soft, layered palette. Open-plan living spaces are oriented to maximise light and views, while custom joinery, curved details, and refined stone finishes create a sense of understated luxury.

This project reimagines the existing footprint into a light-filled penthouse home that reflects modern coastal living at its finest.
